Subjects covered include: Squad Drill, Rifle Exercises, Bayonet training, Platoon formations, Sword Exercises, Cutlass Drill, Company Drill, Webley Pistol Mk VI, Field Gun Drill, Battery Drill, Machine Gun Drill, the Lewis Gun, and Ceremonial Duties. There are numerous excellent photos of kit, webbing, rifles, pistols, swords, field guns and limbers. The various firing positions for the rifle, Lewis Gun, and Webley Mk VI are also illustrated.
