An original WW2 aircraft identification handbook, published by Temple Press in April 1940, just before the start of the Battle of Britain. It includes details of the various different types of RAF and Luftwaffe aircraft that would be encountered during the early part of WW2. It also includes excellent diagrams showing fields of fire of enemy aircraft. The book is well illustrated throughout, with photographs, line drawings and silhouettes. Aircraft covered include: Spitfire, Hurricane, Me-109, Heinkel III, Ju-88, Vickers Wellington, Me-110 and many more.

Condition:

In very good condition. The card cover is in good condition, with signs of use, and some marks. The stapled binding is good and secure - the original staples were rusty and have been replaced. The text and illustrations are in very good condition with a few minor rust marks near the staples.
