An original WW2 Manual of Rifles, published by Bernards of London c.1940. It includes details of the use and maintenance of all the important service rifles used by the allied and axis powers in WW2. Some of the weapons included were used in WW1, like the Mk III SMLE Lee Enfield. With information on British, German, Italian and American weapons. Illustrated with line drawings, this booklet was intended to provide any allied soldier with the basic information needed to maintain and use any of these weapons. With stripping, cleaning and firing instructions for each of the weapons covered.

In good condition. The card cover is in good condition, with general signs of use and some marks. The text and illustrations are in good condition, with some marks. The stapled binding is good and secure (the original staple had rusted away and has been replaced).
