Based in Lancashire in the North of England, Compass Library is an online shop selling antique compasses and rare military books. Here you will find a carefully selected range of items, many of them very rare, and all with an interesting history. Every item is described in detail and accompanied by numerous photographs, so you can see exactly what you are buying. All items for sale at Compass Library are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Our stock is constantly changing, so please call back often to see the latest items. We also have many other books and compasses that are not yet listed on the site, so if you are looking for something specific please let us know — we might well have what you are looking for, or be able to find it for you.
    • All items are covered by an unconditional guarantee: return any item, for any reason, within 14 days, and your payment will be refunded in full.
    • Delivery within the UK is free.
    • European Delivery: Tracked and Insured delivery to Europe is free for orders over £125, and at a flat rate of £10 for all other orders under 2kg. Orders over 2kg (e.g. large format books) will require extra postage, but will be shipped via the most economical service available.
    • Worldwide Delivery: Tracked and Insured delivery to the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world is free for orders over £175 (under 1kg weight), and at a discounted rate of from £10 - £25, calculated at checkout by weight, for all other orders under 2kg. Orders over 2kg (e.g. large format books) will require extra postage, but will be shipped via the most economical service available.
