A 1917 3rd edition of Nelson’s Map Book of the World Wide War. The book is undated, but the diary of events during the war ends at September 1916, and the book is known to have been published in 1917. The book includes 35 maps, some double page, many coloured, showing details of the progress of the war on all fronts: from the Western Front and Russia, to the Balkans, Gallipoli and Africa. With a diary of war events up to September 1916.
In very good condition. The illustrated boards are in good condition, with minor signs of wear and use and a few marks. The binding and hinges are very good and secure. The text and maps are in very good condition, with some marks to the last few diary pages.
